An all black ensemble with a hint of navy is what I opted for my take on dressing down the little black dress. The weather was perfect for me to finally wear a dress that didn't require me putting on a pair of tights. So bare legs it was. A turtleneck layered over my LBD allowed me to stay a little warm while wearing this incredibly thin trench coat.
Standing at one of the Long Island Rail Road train stops in Queens was a great location to catch the sun that I have longed for. But an even better part of my day was getting a yummy Vanilla Sponge Cupcake and a Strawberry Shortcake to please my little sweet tooth.

I don't need an excuse to wear an LBD--- dressed up or down, it is one of my fav items. Great styling of this piece-- navy in black are such a chic combination.
