Jillian Mercado born and raised in NYC, is the creator behind the style and fashion website, Manufactured 1987. She is also the creative assistant of Patrick McMullan's, PMc Magazine. In this image she was spotted during NYFW this year in her absolute electric blue blazer, that I definitely love!  Now the real reason behind me posting about her is because she has become my newest inspiration. When I saw this image on tumblr I nearly felt that this was the greatest thing ever. Last night I went to a fashion show at my school-Fashion Institute of Technology-and after the fashion show there was a party. When I was on my way back home from the party I saw her at Penn Station. I can still remember her exact outfit from last night. I really wished that I was able to take a picture of her but I didn't want to be all in her face like I'm some type of "paparazzi". Just this morning on instagram I found out who she was. I find it so weird that ever since I saw this photo I've been seeing a lot of her. I feel like I need to meet her. Also I found out through her website that she went to FIT which made me even more happier. Hopefully one day I will be able to have a chat with her and receive some possible advice.

P.S. I want her hair!
