Dressing Up Vintage Denim for Spring

We're technically still in the spring season so flowy long sleeve tops are still acceptable to wear. Opting for a silkier type blouse is a great way to add texture and more glamour to the casual top and jeans combo. I love the idea of keeping things simple yet still effective.

I, of course, had to add a little pizzaz with these dope velvet checkered ankled boots.

How to be Like Kira Kira IRL

Even during the dullest moments of life, you should always keep shining and never, NEVER allow anyone or anything to steal your shine. Of course, that doesn't require wearing sequins or sparkly garments but as long as you keep the shine within you-you'll be like the Kira Kira app for life, in real life!

3 Stylish Ways to Wear Black & White this Winter

Ahhhh, the cold...as much as I hate winter I love putting together looks of layered goodness. This time I have gone into full monochrome mode and created three looks featuring pieces from Missguided. Each look, of course, has a different mood for whether you're on some chill vibes or feeling a little edgy.

Look 1: Chill 4 Chill | This coat is the coziest one I own yet and I am obsessed! I love how soft it is on the inside but how sophisticated it looks on the outside. The color blocking of the white & black definitely puts this coat on a new level of chic and it for sure attracts a lot of compliments...but I ain't mad tho lol! The chill vibes of this look really come from the pairing of my wool shorts and Converse topped off with a little shirt layering.

Look 2: Zipped Up | Ok first of all these jeans thoooo...the zipper detail is my fave! I have owned a lot of black jeans in my lifetime but these are by far the coolest and edgiest pair. I'm already dreaming of wearing them in the summer unzipped high for a little leg action. This look is my favorite because I'm wearing just about all of my beloved pieces at once and it just makes me feel comfortable to wear things that I like.

Look 3: Winter Statement | I'm not sure what possessed to bare my legs and chest in this cold but I did it and made it look cute, haha! From the flared sleeves to the feather trim skirt how else would I make such a statement this winter?! This look is definitely perfect for hitting up some late night turn ups but I'm the type to make this a daytime outfit just because I can. I'm also loving the play on textures in this look with the shearling coat, silky blouse, and feather trim skirt. Basically, this isn't your typical blouse and skirt combo this one has got some personality and a little 'tude.

O U T F I T: Star Printed Dreams

-Missguided Star Coat|Jimi Hendrix Tee|VTG Jeans(similar)|Primark Boots(similar)-

Can we just take a moment and just say that my star printed dreams have come true *heart eyes*?! Seriously this faux fur coat is style goals. I just can't get enough! I wore this look to a NYFW show and this is definitely the boldest look I've ever worn. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any real street style photos because it was too cold. Thirteen-degree weather...NO THANK YOU! So instead, I rushed home to get some photos in my room. Womp.

O U T F I T: bomber season

-Forever 21 Bomber (similar)& Heels|Missguided Sweater|VTG Jeans(similar)|Poppy Lissiman Clutch-

In case, you didn't know but it's bomber season! Super in love with this one mainly because of the olive color. I have actually been wearing it almost every day. It's a great staple in my wardrobe because it pairs so well with everything. Also, I do intend to put together more looks featuring this bomber and share it with you guys.

On a side note, I can't get over this really cool lips eye clutch from Poppy Lissiman. Like it's the perfect statement clutch! The rose gold and glitter is just...I can't even explain it.

O U T F I T: Nicole x Missguided | The Exclusive Cut Out Co-ord

-Nicole x Missguided Co-ord c/o Missguided| H&M Jacket(very similar) & Bag(similar)|Aldo Ankle Boots-

Missguided has done it again with a second collab with famed super star Nicole Scherzinger as their first collab was a success. This all white cut out co-ord is a serious statement showing off the right amount of skin in the most unexpected places. Pairing my faux fur jacket with this look was an ideal way to 1. keep me warm and 2. add more fierceness and glamour. And to be very fall appropriate I opted for ankle boots instead of the usual heeled sandal.

On a side note: Great news to Missguided followers and my readers this co-ord is only exclusive to you! If you're looking for something to spice up your wardrobe or looking to cause a little chaos I suggest getting this co-ord. Below are the links to both pieces. Enjoy!

O U T F I T: Back to School with Missguided//Look 2

-Missguided Dress, Shirt, Shoes|H&M Blazer(similar) & Bag(similar)|Urban Outfitters Sunnies-

Last post was my first look wearing the same floral shirt and now here is look 2. When I was putting the dress and shirt together I had some difficulties styling them in such a presentable way. So I opted for the easy tie-around-the-waist look. Since it would be so unoriginal to just tie a shirt around my waist I grabbed my greenish-turquoise blazer (that thankfully matched the colors in the shirt) for added layering. Obviously this look is a lot more dressed up than the first look. I wanted to have one look that was casual and one that was kind of dressy. Also those sky high platforms that I love so much definitely completed this second back to school look.

Which is your favorite look, Look 1 or Look2? Let me know in the comments! :)
